No refund on shipping charges. Absolutely no returns after 10 days.  A 20% handling charge will be made on all goods returned unless on account of being defective or error on our part. No refund on special order or electrical items. No returns without copy of the invoice.

 

ALL PARTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONTAINER, UNDAMAGED AND RESELLABLE.

 

 


CLAIMS / MISSING PIECE PROCESS
Despite our high standards and careful handling of your shipments, mishaps may occur. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit or pieces are missing, following the instructions below will make processing your claim fast and efficient. The person entitled to delivery (recipient/consignee) must file the complaint to (If the courier is UPS by calling at 1-800-PICK UPS) (If the Courier is FEDEX by calling at 1-800-GO FEDEX), in the case of:

  1. visible damage to the goods, immediately after discovery of the damage and at the latest within 24 hours from receipt of the goods.
  2. other damage to the goods, within 2 days from the date of receipt of the goods
